The Space
This wonderful 2 bedroomed flat with private parking close to Three Bridges Station and the M23 is ideal for contractors or those needing to be close to transport links. It is an extremely comfortable and cozy flat with high speed wifi and a great 50″ TV. Both bedrooms have twin beds with plenty of room for storage. One of the bedrooms can be used as a Kingsize bed on request. The master bedroom has two wardrobes and a large chest of drawers. The other double room has two singles with chest of drawers, dressing table and hanging rails. The lounge has a large coffee table between the two brown leather sofas and all cushions are soft duck feather filled with a throw on each sofa. The round dining table and four chairs are also situated in the lounge in the corner of the room. All the rooms have wooden blinds with gas central heating which can be changed by the thermostat in the room. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath with a glass screen and two mirrors and heated towel rail. The kitchen is fully equipped for electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. All cooking utensils are next to hob, there is a full saucepan and frying pan set, with matching blue and yellow crockery.
The kitchen also has a large window which looks out of the front of the flat and the entrance to flat is via the kitchen. Leaving the front door you walk along the balcony past the kitchen window to the flight of stairs which leads you down to the private garden where there is a table and four chairs. The garden gate then leads you to the private gravelled driveway.
Guest Access
Guests can access the property via the gate entrance from the private parking. This takes you to the garden area which leads to the stairs up to the flat and along a balcony to the front door. The whole flat is available for guests to use.
Neighborhood
The flat is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is a stone’s throw away from a Tesco Extra, LIdl, newsagent, takeaway restaurants, pubs and Three Bridges Train Station. There are various bus stops along the road which take you to the town centre and Gatwick Airport. The Train Station has regular trains to Brighton and London. Just a 5 minute drive away takes you to the Leisure Centre where there is a Bowling Alley/Cinema and plenty of restaurants. There is K2 Crawley which is a 50 metre swimming pool just 10 minutes away.

Other things to note
As this is a residential area, it is nice and quiet for anyone wanting a good nights sleep. The flat is very cozy and comfortable and all previous guests have commented on how the accommodation feels like home.
Getting Around
Great access to all transport links. Five minute walk to Three Bridges Train Station and 2 minutes to bus stop leading to all main and local areas including Gatwick Airport.
