The property is turn-key, meaning fully furnished with everything you may need during your stay and includes a cleaning service with linen change at least once per week. This is why short term serviced accommodation properties are great for those in between house moves, working away from home or unable to stay at home for a variety of reasons.

If you are checking yourself in, you may check in anytime after 3pm. Check out is anytime before 10am. If you wish to be checked in via meet and greet you must let us know at the time of booking. Alternative check in and check out times are subject to availability and must be approved.

Yes, 2 – 4 nights is our minimum length of stay which is dependent per property.
No, we do not accept cash as payment.
We accept payments via BACs, CHAPs, credit and debit card. Any bank fees incurred by us for non-sterling payments will be payable by the guest. All funds must be paid and cleared before arrival.
We value our customers and will always do our best to extend stays where availability allows.
We require at least 14 days cancellation notice before your arrival date. If you cancel within the 14 day period before your arrival date you will loose the cost of your booking.

Most of our properties have beds that can be split into singles. Let us know your requirements and we will do our best to cater to your needs.
The majority of our properties come with private parking for at least 1 car included in the price. If parking is not provided at the property, we let all of our guests know where parking is possible and at what cost. If you have any questions please ask. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for any fines or charges you may incur for parking.
Yes we can provide cots if they are available at your time of need, please let us know if you require one at the time of booking.
