Want to know more about us? We are Deborah and Kristina; a mother and daughter team based in Brighton who founded Eagle Owl Property – Short Lets. The idea came about when my husband had to work away and live in a variety of hotels and B&Bs for two years. The experience was depressing, having to eat in restaurants, eat fast food and live sometimes in various accommodation during the week. Sometimes the family would visit him at weekends if he was lucky to get a short let so we could spend time together as a family.
The idea of offering clean, comfortable and a home from home feel came to mind for people working away from home. We decided to offer something alternative where people can feel comfortable and at home in a fully equipped and furnished house – short term without any bills or tenancy clauses. To date we now host groups during the week, sometimes for 3/4 months and weekends tend to be large families enjoying the Sussex area. We love offering a great hospitality service to whoever comes through our doors. Originally starting in the contractor market we have now expanded into the hospitality industry opening our doors to tourists in the Sussex area.

We look after many people who come to us for a variety of different reasons; holidays, work trips, contractors, relocation etc. This is why our accommodation is well-appointed and furnished with a range of amenities to ensure our guests have everything they need for an enjoyable stay that is specific to their criteria. We offer a wide range of different accommodation options from studio apartments to larger family friendly town houses.
We believe in providing the best possible service to our guests and strive to ensure that their stay is as convenient and stress free as possible. We pride ourselves on being friendly and approachable people, who are always on hand to answer and questions and provide assistance when needed. We are very passionate about the local area and would be more than happy to provide our guests with local recommendations.
